Service Plumber

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Plumber who is either currently a union member or willing to join the union. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and light commercial plumbing, be capable of working emergency service hours, and be proficient in ServiceTitan software. This role involves following company protocols, providing excellent customer service, and upselling tankless water heaters, sewer replacements, and traditional water heaters.

Employment Type: Full -Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of plumbing tasks including installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues for residential and light commercial customers.
  • Sell and install tankless water heaters, sewer replacements, and regular water heaters.
  • Work emergency service hours as needed, including nights and weekends.
  • Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Utilize ServiceTitan software to manage work orders, estimates, and customer communications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Uphold the company’s commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a union member or willing to join the union upon hire.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in residential and light commercial plumbing.
  • Proficient in using ServiceTitan or similar service management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency service calls.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to sell and install plumbing products such as tankless water heaters, sewer replacements, and regular water heaters.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
