We recently had a technician out to do a maintenance and cleaning of our furnace.The experience was great as he took his time to clean and inspect the system and to go over any findings/recommendations he had for us. We took advantage of the great maintenance plan they offer and look forward to having them back out in the spring to maintenance the AC. What a great value for the peace of mind!

After a few minor repairs and carefully explained what the root cause of my issues were and provided future maintenance tips if need be. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone especially if they have an old boiler system like mine!

It's hard to find a trustworthy service company, but this is one of them. Have stuck with them for years. Their prices are reasonable, and you'll get great service. When I was replacing my entire heating and cooling unit, I got 3 different quotes. Both other companies quoted me for a 100k unit, BEL O only quoted me an 80k unit. I almost tried to convince them that they were under selling me, but they came out and measured every single room in my house to validate that they only need an 80k unit. That system has been working great for over 5 years now. I've also had them out to do maintenance and repairs on various things and the price is always fair and the service is always great. They're not the cheapest, but they are the best.

We use Bel-O for all our heating cooling for several reasons 1) They will help in choosing all our AC, whole house hot water heating and maintenance systems, 2) they do not try to press you to buy items that you don’t need and 3) they ares very informative and are always there when you need service. We are in our early 80’s and have dealt with many companies the years, we can honestly say that this has been the best.

Jason was very professional and efficient with his time at my home. One the initial service call he listened to my concerns and was able to locate the leak in minutes. He set up a date to come back and make the necessary repairs right away.
He was on time like the company said they would be. Once he arrived he explained what he was gonna do and performed the repair within a matter of hours.
I will be calling Bel-O for my plumbing repairs from now on.
